Burnt Letters is where trauma speaks and healing answers.
What if the love you craved became the fire that almost destroyed you?
It’s raw. It’s vulnerable. It will trigger you.
Told through unsent letters and scattered memories, Burnt Letters pulls back the curtain on what it’s really like behind closed doors in a toxic relationship.
This isn’t a polished survival story—it’s the messy middle. The truth most people are too afraid to say out loud.
If you’ve ever felt broken, silenced, or stuck in a love that hurt—you’re not alone.
This book is a mirror, a reckoning, and a reminder:
Some stories don’t just get told. They burn.
Perfect for survivors of emotional abuse, trauma-informed clinicians, and anyone ready to face the raw, unfiltered truth about love, loss, and healing.

Why we keep repeating harmful relationship patterns?
I liked how raw and honest Burnt Letters is—there’s no sugarcoating, just a steady uncovering of inherited trauma and the confusing mix of love and addiction; I wished some parts had a bit more guidance on the earliest steps after the realization, but I used it as a mirror to help a friend name what she’d been living and start asking for different support. I’m grateful for the chance to pass this to someone needing to build security from within; may they find courage, and I pray for healing voices and safe co-counseling spaces to surround those still learning healthy coping. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Hearts do heal
As a survivor, it’s like the author peered directly into my soul and told my story too. She delivers the gift of empowerment to women unable to find their voice, that it’s more than okay. We are not broken. I’m planning to share this with all the women whose secrets I’ve held and those who just didn’t understand when I revealed my own history. Thank you Christina!
This book split me wide open.
In her past, I saw echoes of my own—an aching yearning to shed the weight of old wounds, to release the grip of trauma and rise into a version of myself that knows peace.
I’m still emerging from the wreckage of my latest storm, but the mirrored threads of our journeys—and the quiet promise that healing is possible—wrap around me like a whisper of hope.
A Must Read
WOW!!
Reading Burnt Letters felt like sitting with a friend who speaks the truths you didn’t know you needed to hear. The words are raw, tender, and deeply human, carrying both sorrow and hope. I found myself pausing often, letting certain lines sink in, because they touched places I rarely put into words. This book doesn’t just tell a story—it invites you to feel, to reflect, and to heal. It’s a gift I’ll return to again. I cant wait for the next book!
Well done Christina🧡
Riveting and powerful memoir!
I have read quite a few books of such nature. This one in particular was very riveting in the sense that I can see better how people can get sucked into a toxic and abusive relationship and continue to do it again...
Engineered to survive.
I like the quote that the author used: "until you heal the wounds of your past, you are going to bleed." And that is the path she took to first understand what needed healing and then how to discover her uniqueness that would equip her to move forward.
And part of the conclusion as she learned that her brain had been rewired to favor stressful situations, the author discovers that- in the end - she was never broken, but was now in fact engineered to survive— as a result of her Complex PTSD.
Uncomfortable to read in the beginning- but hang in there to learn golden truths. More of us have lived with narcissists than we can imagine. This might be the true story that will help you to heal.
